Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 2 September 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Taichity.com, including the purchase and use of our digital Tai Chi programs, videos, audio, printable materials and related content. By using the website or purchasing a digital product, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase a product.

1. Identity and Contact

The website and digital products are presented and operated under the identity Taichity.com.

Questions about these Terms, a purchase or program access may be sent taichity.help@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility and Acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to purchase a product from Taichity.com. If you use the program on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for them.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply from the date shown at the top of this page and do not remove rights that have already arisen under mandatory consumer law.

3. Digital Products and Access

Taichity.com offers digital wellness and movement content. A product may include streamed or downloadable video lessons, audio, printable guides, trackers and related educational materials.

  • Access instructions are normally delivered electronically after successful payment.
  • No physical product will be shipped unless a product page clearly states otherwise.
  • You are responsible for providing a correct email address and maintaining a compatible device and internet connection.
  • “Lifetime access” means access for as long as the purchased product remains supported and available through Taichity.com, subject to these Terms and events outside our reasonable control.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected digital product. A contract is formed when payment is accepted and we send an order confirmation or provide access to the product.

We may refuse, suspend or cancel an order where payment fails, information appears incorrect, fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected, a pricing error is obvious, or fulfilment is not reasonably possible. If we cancel after charging you, the affected amount will be refunded.

5. Prices, Taxes and Payment

Prices and accepted currencies are displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes may be included in the displayed price or calculated during checkout depending on your location and the law that applies.

Payment is processed by third-party payment providers. Taichity.com does not control every aspect of those providers’ systems and is not responsible for delays or failures caused solely by them. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method submitted.

6. Personal-Use Licence

When you purchase a digital product, Taichity.com grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use that product for your own non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, record, resell, share login credentials, distribute, publish, upload, sublicense, modify or commercially exploit any program content except where mandatory law permits it. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of the content or intellectual property to you.

7. Refunds and Digital-Content Withdrawal

Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy displayed on Taichity.com and any guarantee expressly stated on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.

Where local law provides a cancellation or cooling-off right for digital content, you may be asked at checkout to consent to immediate access and acknowledge that this may affect that right once delivery or streaming begins. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, remedy or cancellation right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Wellness and Safety Disclaimer

Taichity.com content is provided for general educational and wellness purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy or emergency care, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

You are responsible for deciding whether a movement is appropriate for you. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning if you have a medical condition, injury, balance disorder, recent surgery, unexplained symptoms or concerns about exercise. Use a stable chair or other appropriate support when needed, move within a comfortable range and stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or unusual discomfort.

Important: No program can guarantee that falls, injuries or health problems will be prevented. Individual experiences and results vary.

9. Accounts and Acceptable Use

You are responsible for keeping your account details and access links secure. Tell us promptly if you believe they have been used without permission.

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, scrape protected content, use the service unlawfully, or use program materials to create a competing product. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been materially breached.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, branding, written content, videos, audio, guides, graphics, downloads and program materials made available through Taichity.com are protected by intellectual-property laws and belong to Taichity.com or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

11. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep digital content available and accurate, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Access may occasionally be limited for maintenance, security, platform changes or circumstances outside reasonable control.

We may make reasonable updates to lessons, files, presentation, hosting or technical requirements, provided the essential nature of a purchased product is not materially reduced. If discontinuation materially affects paid access, we will take reasonable steps to provide an appropriate remedy where required by law.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may rely on third-party services for payments, email delivery, hosting, analytics or video access, and may link to external websites. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. Taichity.com is not responsible for third-party content or conduct, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights or liability for fraud.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taichity.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of data, income or opportunity arising from use of the website or digital products. Where liability may lawfully be limited, aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product.

14. Consumer Rights and Disputes

Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer protections available in your country or region. If a concern arises, contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly.

Any dispute will be handled under the applicable mandatory law and by a court or dispute-resolution body with lawful jurisdiction. No choice-of-law statement in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of protections that cannot be waived.

15. General Terms

If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without consent. We may transfer responsibilities where this does not reduce your mandatory rights.

These Terms, together with the policies referenced above and the product information shown at checkout, form the agreement relating to your use and purchase.
