Taichity.com provides digital Tai Chi and balance programs. We want you to feel confident trying the program, so eligible purchases are protected by the refund terms below. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location.

If the purchased program is not right for you, you may request a refund within 60 calendar days of the original purchase date.

The guarantee applies to the first purchase of the applicable digital program unless the product page clearly states different terms.

When a full refund is issued, your licence to use the refunded program ends. Taichity.com may deactivate related account access, streaming links and download permissions.

You must stop using and sharing refunded program materials. Any files already downloaded remain subject to the intellectual-property and personal-use restrictions in our Terms & Conditions.

4. Duplicate and Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once or charged an incorrect amount, contact taichity.help@gmail.com as soon as possible. Include the purchase email, order number and relevant transaction details. Confirmed duplicate or incorrect charges will be corrected.

5. Access or Technical Problems

If you cannot find your access email, open a lesson or download an included file, contact us before requesting a refund. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide a replacement delivery method.

A technical issue does not remove your right to request an eligible refund within the 60-day guarantee period.

6. Requests That May Not Qualify

• Requests submitted more than 60 days after the original purchase date, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
• A repeat purchase of a program that was previously refunded under the guarantee.
• Purchases obtained through fraud, unauthorised payment activity or material violation of our Terms & Conditions.
• Free content, gifts, promotional downloads or products expressly marked non-refundable where legally permitted.

Depending on where you live, laws may provide additional cancellation, conformity or remedy rights for digital content. Immediate access to digital content may affect a statutory cooling-off right where you expressly consent to delivery beginning and acknowledge the applicable consequence.

This policy does not exclude any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.
